Pro II
- Machine with the seat being used. Hands are gripped on the arm crank with palms facing away.
- A slight forward lean may be more comfortable while pedaling, but too much of a lean means that the seat must be adjusted.
- If no lean is preferred, the back should be placed firmly against the back seat pad.
- Seat height and the radius of both the handles and foot pedals are all adjustable.
- Placing both feet on the pedals and pushing one of the pedals as far away as possible determines the pedal distance.
- The leg should be near full extension, but with a slight bend at the knee.
- Foot straps help secure feet into place.
- A forward pedaling motion is used.
