Leg Curl (Manufactured By: Life Fitness)
- Starting position is with both legs fully extended.
- Adjust back pad and ankle pad so that ankles rest comfortably over the ankle pad and
pivot of the knee can align with the front edge of the seat pad.
- Adjust knee pad low enough to rest snugly against the thighs.
- Hands can use the handlebars located on top of the knee pad.
- Back should remain straight and rest firmly against the back pad.
