Recently we partnered with the Cerebral Palsy Research Network to bring you an insightful webinar all about mindfulness. Mindfulness is a type of meditation that’s easy to learn and has many benefits for your overall well-being. During the webinar, Emily Hornsby, our mindfulness expert, explained what mindfulness is and led everyone through a practice session to experience its benefits firsthand.

Tracy Flemming Tracy, our healthcare inclusion specialist, also talked about NCHPAD Connect, our platform where you can find various health programs, including the popular MENTOR program. Originally piloted for the CP community, MENTOR has been a great success, and we’re proud to offer it alongside other helpful programs through NCHPAD Connect.
